Cramps and fatigue
Cramps are a muscle contraction. They happen more frequently in people who practice sports, but may occur to anyone, at any time of the day. Cramps are painful and, in most cases, they force us to stop physical activity.
Fatigue and asthenia
Fatigue can be due to a lack of energy and motivation, both physical and mental. It can affect anyone temporarily. In such cases, it is usually simple to identify its cause and treat it. Chronic fatigue tends to be lasting and more serious, affecting all aspects of life, with an important impact on the quality of life, our emotional and psychological well-being. It is important not to confuse fatigue with drowsiness, although fatigue may be accompanied by the desire to sleep. Chronic fatigue is often accompanied by a lack of motivation, in addition to lethargia.
